Spellaroo is a spelling-practice app for learners from kindergarten through grade 12. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the quiz and track progress.

What we store

• Account info: your name, email address, and birth month/year (used only to tailor grade-level suggestions).
• Passwords: stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash — we never keep your plain-text password.
• Quiz activity: the quizzes you take, your scores, and which words you missed, so we can show your progress.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not track you across other websites.

Children's privacy

Spellaroo is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian, or teacher. If you believe a child has registered without appropriate consent, or you want a child's data removed, contact us and we will delete the account and its associated data.

Data removal

You can request deletion of your account and all associated quiz data at any time by contacting the site administrator.
